Prior to unloading, any obvious damage to the material must be documented on the freight bill.

If a forklift is not available to off-laod the pallets, slings should be used to lift the pallets off the trailor using a cradle-style lift, in a way that will not damage the geomembrane/geosynthetic materials.

CLI will need to be allocated sufficient space to store the geomembrane upon its arrival.

Note: Proper on-site security is the responsibility of the project owner.

The panels need to remain stored in their original pallets in a dry area protected from damage, as close to the work area as possible. Pallets should not be stacked.
