  CLI's U.S. operations are conducted at our corportate headquarters in Parker, Colorado. Here we have our largest fabricating facility servicing the US and export markets. Supported by our installation and fabrication services, CLI sells flexible membrane liners, liner covers and other components for use in geomembrane lining systems.  
     
  The Company markets its services through its own sales force with installation performed by CLI's installation department.
