As-Built Panel Layout Prefabricating large panels signficantly reduced installation time while providing fully tested seaming. |
This project involved the fabrication and installation of 2 million sq. ft. of geotextile, geocomposite, and geomembrane. Long steep slopes (ranging from 130' to 190') and 7,000 lineal feet of mechanical attachments added to its complexity. Due to the large fabricated panels, CLI used a 25-man installation crew. All materials were laid out on CAD and each panel was labeled by location and date of fabrication for efficient deployment. Project completion - on time and budget. |
